Crafts Residence

The Crafts relocated to Camarillo from the Bay Area. The house they purchased had good bones but was not at all their style and was quite out-dated. They wanted a sophisticated and modern coastal feel, without being overly “beachy”. We replaced the flooring, removed one fireplace and built a new surround for a second fireplace, re-texured the interior, painted the interior and exterior and installed a new kitchen island prior to their moving in. Since move in, we did a number of DIY projects, including: built-in dining banquette, built-in fireplace niche, bathroom finish update and some lighting fixtures. Up next for them is to finish furnishing and decorations. They truly have been dream clients and are always so willing to trust me and the process.
